Mary Kroebel frequently provides aid to adult and children visitors with a
range of disabilities as they ride horses, spend time around the
facility’s barn, and engage in other Pal-O-Mine activities. Mary Kroebel
previously spent a decade as a volunteer at the Idle Hour Elementary
School in Oakdale, New York, while her children attended classes. In
addition to her volunteer work, she is an avid runner and belongs to
multiple running clubs, including the Greater Long Island Running Club
and Selden Hills Training.
Mary Kroebel studied business
administration and finance as an undergraduate at the State University
of New York at New Paltz. She is currently studying to become a fitness
specialist in an applied science program at Suffolk Community College in
Selden, New York. After obtaining her degree, she intends to work in a
physical therapy office.
